Two stars on product page, header height, slow web

Hi guys

1. After last WooCommerce update our web is very slow. Pages are loading for a long time, sometimes error messages are displayed, and some pictures are not loading.

This is why we updated manually WordPress and also Neighborhood template, but doesn’t help and it caused new bugs:

2. On simple products pages, two stars are displayed: https://www.dogg.cz/produkt/lishinu-pasek-na-ruku/

3. Height of header is smaller, I think there is missing a blank space under logo: https://www.dogg.cz

1) The site loading quick for me. Please clear your browser cache.

2) Can you provide a screenshot. I do not see this?

3) I see this, do you refer to a modification you have done previously?

1) We have cleared the cache but web is still very slow, and we have the same experience from our customers.

For me loading is very slow, and some pictures are not loaded at all. Also working with WordPress is uncomfortable.

1. We use Mac + Safari.

2. The code is not working.
Simple product pages are ok now, but there are no star displayed on pages with products with variations: https://www.dogg.cz/produkt/obojek-amberley-liberty-print/

3. I mean that probably there is missing some blank space under the logo (the header should be more taller). I have attached a screenshot: on the left side you see our page before last update, and on right side is current version.

1) Do not use special characters in your image file names, Safari cannot load those. Use only standard naming, ex: your-file-name.jpg
