    a. In “My account” page, there are these clickable items: Email customer care, Shipping information, Returns & exchange and F.A.Q.’s. Is there a way to hide them from there?

    b. Is there a way to make a popup window to ask the users if they want to continue shopping or go to checkout if they add item/s in the basket? I want them to have the option to choose.

    Hi, I’d need to be logged in to view your my-account page I’m afraid. If you can let me know your login details I can give you custom css.

    For b, you’d need to hire a developer of your trust OR try your luck in the woocommerce forums, maybe they have an extension that does what you’d like to do.
