Hello, I’m Italian, sorry for my poor English.
I have two problems:1) I can not merge between certain elements in my home page (visually speaking).
For example, on your home (http://dante.swiftideas.net), there are a few blocks without space (spacer) between them. Instead, the home of the site that I am building, the various elements have a blank space, even though I have not entered into the editor is no “spacer”.How do I stick to each other the various blocks as it appears in your pages online example? Twitter, Team Carousel, Video Parallax etc. ..?
2) Also in reference to your pages online example, I would like to insert the block “Ready to take it the new level?” (which is located above the footer) with the colors of my site and the gradient effect. I can not understand how to do it, can you help?
(I have the latest version of wordpress installed on Dante) – The site is currently hidden. I hope you understand my request! π THANKS
June 16, 2014 at 7:46 am #82557Hi
1) By default all page builder elements have some margin above and below, and some padding above and below. So to help remove the space easily we added classes to add to the extra class field of the page builder asset. You can see the extra classes here: http://dante.swiftideas.net/documentation/#swift-page-builder
You need to add ‘mt0 mb0’ to the sections to remove the white space.
2) Have you enabled the promo bar? If not go to Theme Options > Promo bar options

Regarding point 1, I tried as you suggested. But now, I do not know why the items are not yet fully united among themselves, but it appears a small white space. I got something wrong?
I enclose a picture for you to understand.

June 16, 2014 at 1:48 pm #82763The site is hidden because it is not yet online. How can we do? You need a screenshot or you have to see the link into the editor, then, from the inside? Thanks for help
June 16, 2014 at 1:58 pm #82770I need to see the live site so that I can inspect the code and see what’s causing the space, you will have to let me know when the site is online

June 16, 2014 at 2:05 pm #82772The site will be online in a month or two. Ok then wait for that moment. Or can I copy and paste the html or put yourself as a user on a provisional basis. Thank you again π
June 16, 2014 at 2:09 pm #82778No problem π I’m afraid copying and pasting the html will not help

Problem: All the buttons on the menu link on site.it / home (home is the name of the page that serves as the home page) – we changed the name of this page but still does not work, I also set the Custom Maintenance Mode Page also other pages. And then:
1) changing the site template and the menu work correctly
2) creating a new menu within the site with new pages, the menu still does not work
3) We have set the permalinks to the original state and then we put back the custom ones, but does not work
4) We have disabled all plugins but they do not seem to be the real problem
5) we have disabled htaccess (went to 404), but nothing new
6) On Chrome (with log) the site works on Firefox and Explorer not, and does not work on the mobile .. The problem is definitely in the template.
(Of course, the site and plugins are updated)
I NEED your help because the theme does not work and I need to work now! : (
