Two issues after migration to .com

Hey,

Just two small issues since the migration to .com.

#1. The revolution slider sticky was not restored or moved into the premium plugins page (so we can’t download the latest version anymore):

#2. The old Cardinal feature suggestion forum is gone. If that is not going to be restored on .com, could you at least makes the archives available so we can browse old threads from it?.

For example, I created this thread in Cardinal feature request and now in brings up page not found:
