    Hi there,

I have two questions concerning the FAQ.

    1) Can I somewhere change it so that all topics/FAQ’s are displayed in accordeons instead of all text out? I have about 30 very specific FAQ’s concerning products, with each alot of text. If all the text would out at once the page would be unusable. Just a “Back to top” solution as is would not suffice.

    2) Can I post a specific FAQ/post/category in a custom tab (with Woothemes Custom Tab Manager) with a shortcode? For example if I make a FAQ “More about Brand X” can I add a tab to all products of “Brand X” with a tab “More info about Brand X” with a shortcode in there that shows “More info about Brand X.” This way if I was to add a tab like this to all products of “Brand X” I would only have to enter (or edit) the information once.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi

    1) Unfortunately not yet, but as this has been requested before I will let the developer know to look into adding it in a future update.

    2) You can only have one FAQ section, with all topics and questions.

    Hi Kyle,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    1) Please do so. That would be great!

    2) That’s a bit of a bummer. I’m trying to work around it now with a “Content Blocks” plugin. But I already get a broken accordeon when I’m just testing in a blank page. It seems it’s not ‘listening’ to the CSS or something. See screenshot. Could you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hi

It will be a conflict with the plugin

    Hi Kyle,

This is a FAQ built from the Swift Page builder, not yet from a content block…

I know, but that plugin causes a conflict with the css

I have seen the issue before and was caused by a plugin

Ah ๐Ÿ™‚ Double bummer for me!

I have two content plugins running now to test, do you know which one is the culprit:

    – Global Content Blocks
    – iSoftware Content Blocks

    Thanks!

Not sure, try disabling one by one and see which one causes the issue

Disabled them both, no luck ๐Ÿ™

Guess I’ll have to try disabling all plugins one by one??

    Found it: Mailchimp Plugin

Strange, would never have suspected this plugin…
