Twitter Feed stopped working – Flexform

Hi, hoping you are able to help. The twitter feed on http://cathyfindleypr.co.za/ worked well when site first set-up. It would post blog posts to Twitter account and then show in Twitter feed on bottom of home page. This has stopped working and I cannot figure it out. This is the code used:

So the issue is that it’s not posting tweets of your blog posts anymore?

Yes

Well this is not a feature of flexform, so if you have previously done this with someones code or plugin, then you will have to check with that/them.
