wp 3.8.1 clean fresh install only added this theme and related plugins within it.

When I activate the oAuth Twitter Feed I get the following error message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthException in /home/sites/carronvalebindery.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/oauth-twitter-feed-for-developers/oauth/OAuth.php on line 8

I have also tried deactivating this plugin and testing with a couple of other twitter feed options. The aim is to have the twitter feed in footer.
When testing other plugins the Google Map on the contact page disappears and the content in the other footer areas also disappears.

The other issue is accessing the shortcodes on the site, the operation just times out, is there a list somewhere?
