Turned off 'Wishlist' and 'Default Show Page Heading' but they're still there

I’ve turned off ‘Show wishlist aux option’ and ‘Default Show Page Heading’ in the Theme Options, but they are still showing up. What am I doing wrong and how can I remove them, please.

You will need to remove the wishlist plugin, the aux option is the start icon next to the cart icon. The link in the topbar will show if the plugin is enabled
