I’m trying to change where the links in my footer direct to however once changing the URL and pressing ‘save and publish’ it does not seem to change. Clicking the X in the top left corner asks me if i want to leave after making unsaved changes.

    How could this be happening?

    Hi,

Try to manage that in Appearance-> Widgets instead.

    Hi Rui,

That is not possible since the links are found in the copyright bar, not located within the widgets?

Ultimately they will reside in the menu, Appearance => Menus. Please test there. Do you get any console log errors whilst trying to save?

Any chance to upgrade the PHP version to 7.0 and also mysql version?

This error below isn’t normal, or the WordPress installation is corrupted somehow or there is any error in the server settings.

I would suggest to disable all plugins and check if the menus display in Appearance-> Menus.

Also check your server error logs and send us the information inside those error log files.

No problem. If I were you I would have a look to other hosting solution probably with the same pricing but with PHP 7 that makes a bit difference regarding speed and some other things.
