    Hi,

I have been trying to translate some strings that are not already translated into swedish on my website.

The problem is that I want to be able to update my theme without having to re-upload all the translations again.

Normally, you would put the .po- and .mo-files in the directory wp-content/languages/themes and name it atelier-sv_SE.mo and atelier-sv_SE.mo but for some reason that doesn’t seem to work, the language-files are not loaded by the plugin.

So I was wondering if I have been doing it wrong or what I should change to make it work.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Please use the supplied child theme, this is within the zip file from Theme Forest.

Create a folder in the child theme /languages/ and drop your files sv_SE.mo and sv_SE.mo in there. Open the child theme functions.php and uncomment out the function that loads the language.

Any problems, please add your WP login details and your FTP details.

    Thanks,
    David.
