Hi,
I would like to know if I can translate my site with PO Edit ? (to create a bilingual site in French and in english so).
This is possible without WPML ?
If yes, please, how can I do that ?

Hi

Translating via POedit does not give multi language functionality, it just means you can change the theme from english to a different language. If you want users to be able to choose the language, you need WPML
