That’s an Gizmo icon that can be changed or hided.

Did you had the .mo files in the theme directory?

If so they were replaced in the update. Do you have any backup to replace or move them to the child theme.

Regarding the String itself it looks the same has before the icon didn’t changed it.

Yes I did what you say me, but it’s not translated in french. I don’t know very well how to fix it personally.
