Translation problems (Mo/PO files)

great theme!
i’ve been working with the theme for the past few weeks and i’ve found some small issues.
Please note that the links will work only if you are logged in to the backend. i’ll add the logins in a private reply.

Translations

the following strings are not translatable:

“There are no reviews yet, would you like to submit yours?”

this text is entered in the Theme Options, but it`s not translatable

see the Shopping Cart dropdown (Header right)
the text is copied over from the german language.
but if you click shift-refresh and look at the drop down, the text is in english for a second, then switches to german…

see footer.php – l. 196 – it’s a shortcode from the theme options, which can’t be translated

Hi,
I`m used neighborhood-child theme, and CodeStyling Localization for translate into Chinese.
The plugin can successfully edit the .po .mo and save it, but I can not to see the Chinese on front-end.
and check my FTP can not to find the .po .mo.
why? how?

Hey, are you on a chinese version of wordpress? The wplang attribute needs to be set in the wp-config.php

Yes, I am use Chinese version of wordpress! And if I use POEDIT to translate and have to upload it is ok.
So, I just to get used to the culture of the plug-in.

@mingda – try adding this line to your child theme functions.php file:

load_theme_textdomain('swiftframework', get_stylesheet_directory_uri().'/language');

Or better yet, send us the translation files and we can include for updates so that you won’t need to add your own code for it.
