Translation issue

This isn’t anything to do with the translations.

Hi there,

One of my issue won’t stop happening… So previously in this thread, I added my fr_CA files in order to get those in the new Dante theme upgrade.

When I did the upgrade, I did lost my translation, so I was forced to reupload my fr_CA files.

When I did so, everything turn back okay, except one line, which did me the same thing over and over again since the beginning of my translation issues.

Last may 13th, I download Dante version 2,53 to get the language files again, then I did all the translation process. At the time, I did fixed the “By … on … in …” line issue.

Today, after I did the theme upgrade, I uploaded the same translation file I had this may 13th, but the line won’t translate anymore.

I joined my translation files here and a picture of the line. What can I do? I can’t keep doing the same translation process again and again and I can’t understand why the exact same file won’t translate this line anymore.

Also, I had a look to the file, and the line is there!

(Previously, in this thread, I uploaded the translated files that fixed the issue. I did even tried with those ones, just in case, but it didn’t work)

Hi @maximearmstrong,

Did you update the file catalog with the latest en_US.po file? You can do this in POEdit.

I’ll add that translation to the latest update, so that you don’t need to keep uploading it!

No, I didn’t! Just had a look and in fact the line wasn’t translated after the upgrade! Everything is fixed!

You said this earlier “Did you update the file catalog with the latest en_US.po file? You can do this in POEdit.”. How can I do so in the future if I need to?
