    Hi,

I have checked every single post on translation issues and tried everything in order to make the my finnish translation work in my Neighborhood child theme. I also tested the french language file that is in language folder by changing site language. Nothing happens.

I have Loco installed, but when I try to create a fi_FI translation from neighborhood.pot file it gives me some kind of an error. I have never struggled wit a single theme translations this much and it is making me completely insane.

I can provide FTP credentials if needed.

No you have missed the point. You use the neighborhood.pot to create your new translation file which will be called fi_FI.po.

Once you have added the translations, you then re-compile the .mo file using PoEdit. Then upload both new files.

    Hi @itcsolutiongroup

Have you tried renaming the existing .po/.mo files for a language – to see if that works? Can’t think of anything you may be doing wrong here.
