Dear Swift Ideas,

I have purchased WPML language translation plugin for English and Simplified Chinese. When I attempted to update a Chinese Logo, and Chinese footer information, these components were not translating back and forth between English and Chinese. Can you please help troubleshoot?

Hi,

Has an experiment to determine where is the problem, can you activate the default WordPress theme and test again? To see if it happens.

Did you installed WPML Media plugin?
