I’m trying to translate ‘read more’ (see attachment). Could you explain me how to do this? Also,
is het possible to remove the date and heart underneath the dotted line (by removing a line of code)? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance!

On a single post page there’s also a heart displayed (see attachment). How can I remove this?
