Promo! is not our terminology, this has been modified by somebody on your end. But I’ll leave it up to Laranz to verify that for you. All the best

    Hi,

    Sorry for getting you late.
    1. Try deactivating all plugins,
    2. I didn’t see the origin of this problem. Can you try reinstalling the theme if you didn’t do much customization in the coding side?

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

Try this thing, Add a new dummy product. Let me know, that is also comes with the word Promo.

Because, in all the codes it is still Sale!, I wonder where it comes from. so try this and let me know.

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

In the mean time, remove all the unwanted versions, and keep only one latest version.

    Thanks,
    laranz.

Hi, if you access the folders via FTP you can find the version numbers in the style.css file at the very beginning.
You can then delete the folders via FTP as well!

    Cheers

    HI Bas,

You can delete all those inside the themes folder, and unzip the latest theme download and upload that in the theme folder.

    Currently you have themes/neighborhood/neighborhood_v1.3/neighborhood_v1.3

this is wrong, it should like this themes/neighborhood/all the theme files, follow the install section in the documentation.

    Thanks,
    laranz.
