Translate to Dutch

I would like to translate some words to Dutch. but I can not find them (php). they are the words: Description, Add to shopping bag, Additional Information: Leave Feedback, Need Help, Contact Us, Share, Shopping bag summary, etc,
Can anyone help me

But, I recommend you to use the translation, because this will replace when you update the theme.

Thanks for help But the translation is not working, how do I fix it
I have translated almost everything except Promo! on the home page and Description, additional Information on the product page are not in the php that you gave me? also the cart (ajax) not found

The word “Promo!” see attachment- the product picture with the stamp “PROMO!” and the product picture with the stamp “NEW”
