    Hi,

Is this just for WooCommerce? Have you read over their docs: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

“To make them upgrade safe, instead place them in wp-content/languages/woocommerce/. All translations will be automatically added to wp-content/languages/woocommerce/ with WooCommerce 2.2+.”

What is your URL, WP login? We can take a closer look.

    – David.

    Hi,

Can you try to force the Woocommerce translation in Woocommerce-> Stato del sistema

Can you send your .po file of our theme that you are using? Attach it on a zip file.

    -Rui

Can you add your FTP details?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi,

You did not have a /woocommerce folder in your directory wp-content/languages/ I have added this and added in the woocommerce-it_IT.po and .mo files.

Can you also install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/. You can do translations in your browser much easier.

    Hi David,
i’ve just tried this option, since WC 2.4 the right folder for the po/mo file is wp-content/languages/plugin/ not
wp-content/languages/woocommerce/ as you can see making a force Translation the file will be located in
wp-content/languages/plugin/ , anyway at today my shop is in English 🙁

    Hi,

It does not look like your files it_IT.po & it_IT.mo do not contain the strings to translate.

I have added a zip file with the updated files it_IT.po & it_IT.mo, please upload those into atelier/language/ and re-run loco translate.

    Thanks,
    David
