Transfer license to client

I would like to transfer the license and the log-in info for this support forum to my client. I believe that there is no official license transfer procedure, but how can my client create a new username/profile for this support forum. I really don’t want to surrender my username/password. The reason is obvious – I will buy another theme from Swiftideas for a different client/project.

Hi,

Envato would usually inform you to get the client to purchase a license, it’s not something we can control as such.

If you raise a support ticket with them, they maybe able to help you further or do a transfer.

That sounds normal, Envato often take days/weeks to answer a support ticket.

I can try to remove the license from your profile if you wish me to, we query the Envato API that updates a couple of times a day with profile license codes.

Or I can delete your entire profile here if you do wish.

If you delete my entire profile (which is fine) will the client be able to set up an account with you by using the license? This is the purchase code.
