    1) Hello guys i´am having a hard time trying to translate some words in “My Account” page when i’m not logged in. I’ve already looked in to the PO and MO files from Woocommerce, Swift Framework and Atelier theme without success. The words are:
    Username or email address *
    Password *
    Username *
    Email address *
    Register *

    2) Also i would like to make a custom folder or look for other alternative to translate those files, since when the plugins gets updated those files get restored to default. Do you know a different way to preserve the languages files?

Thank you for all the help.

    Hi,

Those strings are probably in the Woocommerce plugin translation files.

Inside the Atelier child theme we provided( inside the biggest zip file that is in the Themeforest Download area) there is some code to achieve that. You just need to uncomment it.

    Hope it helps.

Hello Rui that’s the problem, i translated the woocommerce language file and nothing changed. 2nd, do i have to place the code inside functions.php or style.css of the child theme?

Hello Rui can you show me how this code works with the custom plugin languages?

I’m not sure exactly how to do it for plugins, guess when you translate them they are stored in wp-content/languages that won’t suffer changes with the plugin updates.

    Hope it helps.
