Tramslating "Contact us" on the product page

Hello guys,
I’m trying to find a way to have “Contact Us” on the product page in different languages (as the site has 3 languages). So far it propagates Mailchimp standart form in English only, and in Dashboard>Woocommerce settings there is only one field to insert the code.
Does anybody has a solution for this?

I tried to find string “Subscribe” in WPML but didnt find any, please see the screenshot. Did you mean some other way to translate that string?

That looks like a custom form? Definitely not something that is included with the theme!

Hi Ed,
I tried Mailchimp html code, was not able to translate it. Than I added a snippet code from “Contact forms” from Contact Form 7 that comes with a theme. I suppose Contact Form should be possible to translate with the help of WPML otherwise we got a problem here.
Do I need to export any .po files that comes with your theme? Should I contact WPML team? Or? Please advice?

@Soapmarine – you should be able to find that contact form code for translation in the WPML admin texts section (think it’s the String Translation section).
