Tracking Code Not Showing

For some reason my tracking code snippets are no longer showing up in the footer. I haven’t done anything to change them that I’m aware of, but I can’t find any of them in the source code, and my tracking sites have bottomed out (see attached graph for November of this year). I have three separate snippets in the General Options > Tracking Code. Let me know what you think.

Are you using a plugin for that tracking code? The reason I ask is there is no JS code in your Theme Options => Custom JS: http://www.wochurch.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sf_theme_options&tab=1.

No, I put the tracking code in General Options > Tracking Code. Is that the wrong place for them?

Hi,

This is caused by your child theme, it’s overriding the default header.php file contents.

1) Please update the parent Dante theme http://www.wochurch.org/wp-admin/update-core.php.

2) Copy the new header.php code and update your child theme file with the new code.
