Hi I was wondering if you can advise regarding replicating the below pages from the demo:

    – Track order page: http://swiftideas.com/track-your-order. Did you use a plugin to achieve this?

    – Sizing grids page, I understand the page layout being a hero / content split, but how do you do the sizing grids? is this a widget, shortcode or something else?

    thanks.

    Hi

    1) No, this is default woocommerce. If you want shipment tracking, you can get this plugin http://www.woothemes.com/products/shipment-tracking/

    2) It’s the table shortcode, found in the shortcode generator

Hi thanks for your quick response.

for the question about order tracking you say it is standard woocommerce… I put my domain in and I get an error page…? I do not see this end point anywhere in woocommerce? I know it is technically outside the scope of your support but I’d be grateful if you can point me in the right direction, noted on the plugin.

thanks regarding the sizing grids pages.

You will need to create the page if you didn’t import the demo. Add this to the page: [woocommerce_order_tracking]

    Hi kyle, thanks got it.

back to the short code for the sizing tables… I notice you can only have 6 columns, I need up to 18 columns as I am selling shoes, how do I get around that?

    thanks.

An 18 column table?! Not sure that would be able to fit any content in the columns they would be too narrow

Here is an example of one of our competitors.. http://www.routeone.co.uk/size-guide.html/

I guess I could do the table vertically but it still only allows 10 rows?

    thanks

You will need to go to atelier/swift-framework/shortcodes/interface.php and edit lines 860-865, you will need to add more rows/columns

Would this be over ridden when you update the theme?

No, but I just added a 10 row table and it looks like you could copy and paste more rows… I can try this.

Hi I did a 4 and 5 row table and I see that it does not fit on an iphone screen… Is this an issue with your CSS on the theme? I should imagine a 4/5 row table should be able to display on a phone?

I have attached a screen grab so you can see. Please let me know how I can resolve.

    thanks
