Topbar full Width with Header 3

Just want to ask whether I can use full width topbar with header 3. We may use some custom css.

Is there a reason you are using header 3 instead of header 7? I’ve checked all of your pages and all of them use the naked header, so not sure why you’ve chosen header 3 for your layout

Can you please check the website, it is now with header 7.

It is not showing as same as Header 3.

It becomes top of revolution slider./ page slider.
