Top Margins on Text Box

Hi, I have included a link to the page. As you can see I have a text box at the top of this page, I have looked all through the code but i can’t see what is causing the big gap above the text ‘Get in Touch’ Ideally i’d like to make the text box the same height as the two lines of text.

I’m trying to call in the text in css so I can limit it to the blue box on the left and not the whole parallax box, do you know how to achieve this?
