Could you please give instructions on how to add an image and text on top of a page while having a left sidebar as shown in your live preview (Pages > Left Sidebar):

I tried it with ‘Parallax’ and ‘Image Banner’ content elements but i can’t get it to stretch 100% across the page like in the above link. I tried studying the code in your live preview with the developer tool and found that the content is inside a div with a class called ‘fancy-heading-wrap’. Is there a shortcode for this?
