Does the Top Bar “subscribe aux option” only work with mailchimp? Is there a workaround for AWeber?

AWeber optin form works. After some trial and error I used only the Raw HTML form data that was between the <form></form> tags. I tried using the javascript snippet and it worked, but for some reason it shower the email input box and subscribe button twice.

Using the Raw HTML form data that was between the <form></form> tags is working just fine. You can see it here: http://advancedlifeskills.com

Even the javascript snippet worked, but it showed 2 of everything. Here is that code:
