    Hello,
    I created a menu for right top bar( my account, blog, etc ) but does not appear.

    Have you:

    a) assigned the menu to the topbar position?
    b) enabled the topbar menu in theme options > header options?

    Yes, the top bar is enabled and the position of the menu is top bar too.
