Titles keep reverting back to how they were before editing

Hi,

This may be a woocommerce question so apologies if it’s beyond your remit….

I have been editing the titles of my products to make them shorter. They save fine and appear on the website fine after hitting refresh. But then very soon after (within a few minutes) revert back to the old titles. This is only true for some products sometimes, and other products other times, and all other changes remained changed (e.g. categories, tags, etc). This can happen several times to the same product, or only once – seems random!

Any nuggets from you lovely geniuses??

I guess it’s a Codecanyon woozone thing… 😉

Hi, in the end I set WooCommerce to not update ‘titles’ any more.
Woozone> Product Synchronisation > untick any boxes you don’t want to sync
