title suggestions

Hi, I dont really like how the page title looks so I have been disabling the “show page title” option. I have been creating my own full width text box and entering the title in there which gives a nice divider with the title. I have been using this as a makeshift option as it looks quite neat still. However, there is no text in the main body, so it keeps repopulating the ‘this is a text box…’ bit. is there a way of making sure this doesnt show each time I update the page?
