    Hi,

I tried in my server and it’s working fine.
Can you try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce, clear the cache and try again?

This is related to your plugins/installation.

The lazy load plugin changed the thumbnail image on the products.

Somehow this is on cache even after deactivating Lazy Load plugin and the cache plugin.

Do you have any other cache mechanism? CDN?

    Hi Rui,

yes we have caching and CDN enabled (I will clear both respective caches)

Is it possible to exclude the thumbnails used in the drop down from lazy load?

    Thanks

Not sure about excluding those thumbnails of the lazy load, that’s something the plugin controls not the theme and I guess in a global way.

Try to disable the CDN, really something related to that because it’s working fine in my server.
