Thumbnails not being displayed

Hi,

The thumbnails of both the portfolio and recent news have are not being displayed.
They were working fine a couple of theme updates ago…
I did try to add the featured image in one of the portfolio items — see attach — as you previously suggested in the Themeforest comments, but they are still not being displayed.

Can you please help me solve this problem?

Hi,

Did the theme update 100% run correctly it looks like the theme is partially missing or is caching the old files?

Please add your FTP and I’ll help you take a closer look.

The website is even worst now!
What the F happened?!

I had a caching plugin on that I’ve now turned off, but the problem persists.

It seems that there is a problem with the CSS files.
Even “Theme Options” in the admin has lost formatting.

Page Builder is also not showing up.
Is this a plugin or is it part of the theme?
If it’s a plugin it is not presently installed.

UPDATE!!!

Uploaded an old theme version from a backup and the site is back to normal.
Makes me think there is a problem with the latest theme version you’ve uploaded…

The thumbnails problem still persists though.

I bought a support extension just to get help on the thumbnails subject, so help solving the problem would be appreciated.

Changed the Thumbnail Options Slide and the thumbnails are now working on the one’s that I made the change.
Would still like to understand — and solve — why the “Image” option is not working.
