    Hi,

    The thumbnails of the gallery slider on the single product pages cuts the small thumbnails.

    Could you take a look?

    It is urgent.

    Looks like you’ve no first image? that’s likely to be causing the problem

    First of all you will need to update WordPress, you are on a really old version

    Hi,

    I know that it is on old version. But we as company provide technical service to keep the website up-to-date, which the customer did not take.

    Is it possible to solve this without updating it? Because it should work anyhow right?

    You need to change these image sizes in WooCommerce Settings > Catalog (see screenshot)

    And then use the regenerate thumbnails plugin

    It depends what size (ratio) your images are, see http://support.swiftideas.net/knowledgebase/ for the sizes we use

    Hi,

    I have changed the thumbnail settings and regenerated but it did not work.

    I did not change the other settings because I don’t want the image as large as you guys have it on the demo website.

    The size for the thumbnails below the slider are the bottom setting, currently 200 x 150

    It is now 200×178, 200×150 is also large enough.

    Anyways, I changed the settings and regenerated the thumbnails..it still did not solve my problem.
