    Hey,

    Your dev site is loading in IE8 for me, the only discrepancy I see is the background images are not loading for the main slider and the section with three buttons.

    These should work on IE8 normally, let me run this past our lead developer and get back to you.

    It maybe worth adding your WP login details so we can take a look at your child theme/plugins.

    I’ve added in a polyfill for background-images on IE8. Hopefully that sorts the issue.

    Can you supply us with a working URL?

    That new update should contain a fix for the background images, so we need to test this further.

    IE8 isn’t supported anymore, it was phased out a while back – we can’t continue to support a browser that is used by less than 0.7% of the world and was replaced with IE9 nearly 5 years ago. http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_explorer.asp

    It’s simply too detrimental to the theme development to let IE8 hold it back.
