Hello Swiftideas,
After installing the theme and uploading the full demo contect (that was a real hell for me), I can see a lot of styling issues on the pages comparing to the demo website.
Please, see the attached screenshot.1) First of all, fonts are totally different. I can see on the demo website that you are using
font-family: “Din Text Pro Regular”,Verdana,sans-serif;In my theme, it looks like:
font-family: “Helvetica”,Arial,Helvetica,Tahoma,sans-serif;And in the ‘Theme options’ -> ‘Font options’ I can’t see the option to use ‘Din Text’.
So why is it Helvetica? And how can I change it the Din Text Pro?2) I can also see that the header bar (under the nav menu) looks different. There are no stripes on it and the breadcrumbs look different (they are displayed with ‘>’ symbols on my website.
A was not able to find any option to play with the breadcrumb are in the theme options. So could you please help me to fix two issues?
Thank you.

1. This is font deck pro font that is purchased version. So its not available.2. Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Woocommerce Options -> WooCommerce Page Heading Background -> Here you cat set heading for woocommerce pages.
3. Image issue – This will only occur when you have images that are smaller than the sizes you have set. The issue here is if you have a larger image than the rest (the rest being smaller than the size you have set in the WooCommerce settings), then they will show double as the products row needs to fit the grid, to not break the layout.
You’ll need to upload larger images to match, or reduce the image height set in the WooCommerce settings.
Thanks
June 7, 2014 at 11:00 am #80786Hi Mohammad,
Sorry for my late reply. I was not available to answer you earlier.
As for the item #1 – I’m pretty surprised with your answer. As from my first comment in this issue, I was aware that you are using custom font type ‘Din Text Pro’ and my question was: Why do you show Din Text on your demo site, but include the Helvetica in the theme package? And how can I use it instead of Helvetica?
And your answer (after reviewing the website with the admin access) ‘This is Din Text Pro. It is a purchased version and it is not available.’ – doesn’t makes the things much clearer for me.
As for the item #2 – I’ve checked the ‘WooCommerce Page Heading Background’ item in the Theme Options menu (and did it before submitting an issue here). There are 10 different alternative version of the page header. But when I select any of it and hit ‘Save button’ – nothing is changed in the front-end. I can still see the same white page heading on any page, including shop.
I’ve already figured out how can I fix this issue in the style.css, but I don’t want to have a website with the broken functionality, that I would have to fix customly. As for the image issue – your comment looks weird for me, as I only uploaded the DEMO data to the website and used the recommended image sizes from the theme tutorial documentation. I have NOT used my own pictures yet and I have NOT used any custom size.
What I want to get now is just a clean theme with demo data that looks exactly as the one on the demo website. And I am a bit disappointed that after submitting an issue, giving you the full access to the website and waiting for several days – I only get several comments from the support team, that look to be useless for me. I doesn’t look for me like anyone from the support team has tried to debug any of my issues. So, please help me to clarify these issues. All I want now is just to get the correctly displayed website with YOUR DEMO data. After I get it – I can finally understand that everything was installed correctly (as per those thousands of issues that people have when they import demo data) and start change the theme due to my own needs.
Thank you.
June 9, 2014 at 1:03 pm #81123Hi @kchabanov,
Apologies for the lack of clarification. It seems that you imported the demo content, but didn’t import the theme options? (this is detailed in the documentation). If you check the demo content folder in the main download, you’ll find the theme options txt file which you can import the contents for in the Theme Options panel – this will link to the images we use.
1) If you import the above theme options, then this will be set up, you just need to set up Font Deck – http://fontdeck.com/typeface/dintextpro , and then modify the code in Theme Options > Font Options to match the code that Font Deck provides to you.
2) Again, importing the theme options should sort this, these alt backgrounds are set in Theme Options > Asset Background Options.
3) The WooCommerce image size settings (also detailed in the docs) need to be set before the demo content is imported – unfortunately this decides what size are set up for the products, and changing after requires you to use the Thumbnail Regeneration plugin to re-create the images to the changed size.
Hope that helps.

June 25, 2014 at 3:57 pm #85907Hi Swiftideas!
1)Font issue – I’m having the same problems as kchabanov, even after importing the theme options and setting up to Font Deck.
2) Top Menu alignment – There is a little space between my menu and the revolution slider (see attachment).
thanks
June 25, 2014 at 4:54 pm #859451) Have you ensured your domain is set up on FontDeck site, and also your code is correct in Theme Options > Font Options?
2) Drop us a link, we’ll check.
