Theme Setting are Reset

Hi,
I have facing a very strange issues, after some while I loose all the saved Theme options including the logo, background assets etc.
What could be the issue?

Hi

It’s likely that you accidentally clicked the reset options button. Either that or you changed the database? Or deleted the options table

Please disable plugin one by one , check and let me know your feedback . Any plugin is conflicting .

I tried with brand new installation with no plugins. As I said with other theme ENFOLD it works fine, I can see the category names in Urdu perfectly fine. WordPress Database is set to utf8 as well.

Please provide website URL and FTP login detail so i can debug and resolve the issue . I can also read and write URDU very well .

Problem with the Urdu category

characters such as %8%9%8%9%8%9%8%9%8%9%8%9%8%9 are shown in page builder the blog, or recent post or post carousel is selected.

Please try to insert any of the above three elements and you see. dont worry u can insert anywhere!

I made changes in sf-theme-functions.php at /dante/includes

Find this code at line 278
$category_list[] = $category->slug;
Replace with 
$category_list[] = $category->cat_name;
