    Hello,

I’ve installed your theme, everything is working good, but I have a problem with “Theme options” section. It simply looks… bad (check the screenshot). Whats more, its not fully functionally. I tried to disable plugins, to reinstall, to check with child theme etc. Nothing helps.

Please, help me 🙂 Its very possible, that im doing something wrong, but ive already installed a lot of themes and for the first time i see a problem like this.

    Best wishes,
    Maciej

The login details do not work. It looks like the JS/CSS assets are not loading, do you have any console JS errors?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

It seems your server is blocking these resources from loading:

Can you please contact your host and ask why this is? If you are running any security plugins please disable those and equally if you have modified any .htaccess files please revert those to the default WP standard.

    Thank you again!

My provider replied, that the links from screenshot are incorrect (“wp-content//wp-content”). How this could happened in normal theme installation? I dont know if im doing something wrong or this is the problem on my providers side…

Likely during installation/restore or if you have recently migrated or changed your database settings/content.

This is not something the theme controls as such.

I’ve tried now to install the theme on my another, old website and domain. The same problem! I’ll try to call my provider again…

something is wrong in your WordPress installation, since it’s used twice the wp-content in the path of the files.
The WordPress credentials you provided aren’t working, can you check?

Also add some ftp credentials to look at your wp-config.php and htaccess.
