Theme option error. (maybe not compatibility)

Dear supporter,

I’ve checked ‘neighborhood’ theme has compatibility with wordpress version 4.6.1
But after i installed it, many things is strange

1. Theme option menu
on the admin page, theme option speed is really slow. can not upload or change anything / not uploaded optioins well /
can not click one sub menu(font option/header option etc) in Theme option
can not upload any image for the favicon and etc. not active the ‘upload’ button
and i think there are some image box for the choice like background or some icons, but appear as empty box
Please help me to set up the options

2. my site
when i start my site with this theme, with F12 function, everything 404() error get. so looks the speedy is slow

Please let me know how can i set your preview (i already install neighborhood demo plugin)

Hi,

It seems someting went wrong during the upload of the theme files.
Delete the theme and install it again and let us know the result.

Can you provide ftp access to check if the missing files what are showing in the console are really missing or something else is wrong.
