    Hi there,

I get the following issue when I open customizer with my activated Child Theme of Atelier.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers – Wouter

    Hi,

Check in the server error logs what that error says and let us know.

    Hi Rui,

The error log is pretty big, maybe there are allot more issues? I added it as an attachement.

    Thanks,

    Cheers – Wouter

    Hi Rui,

The file is to big – is there a way I can send this to you with WeTransfer?

    Cheers – Wouter

Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi David,

This was already in my WP-config.

I copied all the errors from today:

EDIT: Removed, please only supply a .txt file.

As you can see, there’s allot going on. Any ideas?

    Hi David,

Disabled all plugins as requested, gives the same error message…

    Hi David,

I see this when I’m in my regular broswer. But when I navigate in a private window (did this because of your reaction), I see the Theme Customizer as I should…

    A cookie problem maybe?

    Any ideas?

    Cheers – Wouter

Can you clear your browser cache?

    – meaning it works or you get an error?

    Hi David,

Cleared browser cache, no difference. When I navigate in a private window, it works.

    Hi David,

It seems to be working as normal again… I think it was an issue with the SSL certificate on the website and some issue with redirects. I changed some thing for this and no it looks oke.

If you still want to take a look just to be sure, this would be nice!

    Thanks,

    Wouter

If there is a difference in URLs HTTPS vs HTTP between your site various pages, often caused if the secure domain is not correctly set, your server may block resources from loading which would explain the error reported.

    Thanks.
