Theme instalation

Hello,

I purchassed Neighborhood theme two days ago.
After two days the Swift page builder stopped working properly.
I decided to uninstall the theme, to delete it and to reinstall it.

The problem is that I can’t install the theme anymore.
After uploading the zip file onto the template onto the template installation page, a message appears onto WordPress saying : “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.”

I thought it might be a licence probleme that can’t be activated two times?

Hi,
I purchased this theme for my company and need help with basic setup as it is very dense on the back end. Naturally I went for the tutorial video which is very pixelated and without sound.
??? could you please provide me with a tutorial video with sound or anything that helps with basic setup. Thank you.
