Hello,

I am checking into a customer reported problem with the site where they are unable to complete a purchase due to a select2 dropdown box that will not close.

The issue only happens when Brazil is selected in “country”. It does not happen when any other countries are selected, that I am aware of.

Can you please help me with this?

[EDIT: I also wanted to make sure I was clear: no other browser are having this problem, just IE11. (FF, Chrome and Safari are fine.) The visitor is unable to click on anything else on the page and the “state” select2 dropdown will not close.]

Hi,

can you replicate this same test but activating the default WordPress theme so we can determine if it’s an Woocommerce issue or a theme problem?
