    Hi,

After upgraded to the latest version, I found that there is something wrong with product description. For some products (not all of them), I did not write long description in the “description area in accordion” (see screenshot “admin1”), instead, I wrote the long description in the swift content area (see screenshot “admin2”) without activate swift builder. The problem is the “description area in accordion” still display the information. So the same description is doubled displayed (see screenshot “display 1” & “display 2”).

Is this because of the theme? or part of woocommerce’s problem?

Here is an example link: http://www.mobileessentials.com.au/wordpress/product/usa-att-nokia-lumia-unlocking/

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Rebecca

    Hi,

In your child theme, can you update your WooCommerce template to match the new file supplied in the updated parent theme file?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Maybe a stupid question: so just copy all woocommerce file from parent theme and then paste them in child theme, to replace the whole woocommerce folder over there?

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Rebecca

    Hi,

I deleted everything relevant to woo-commerce in Child theme, but the issue still occur. Please have a look of following link:
    http://www.mobileessentials.com.au/wordpress/product/samsung-mexico-unlocking/

    Issues are:
    1. The duplicated information in both description and bottom content area.
    2. The duplicated titles.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Rebecca

Will need ftp access to have a look at your files.
Also I tried the WP admin access and couldn’t login.

    Hi Rebecca,

If you deactivate your child theme, this will resolve the issue.

This points to errors in your child theme CSS style.css as there are no other files altering the single product layout.

Please go through your CSS methodically removing each CSS section you have added and testing the page.
