The menu in the mini header does not appear

2) I dont understand why I dont see the menu in the mini header. Did I do something wrong ?
3) I tried to change the border of the selected option in the product page
Like here : http://www.kes.com.br/loja/roupas/calcas/produit-4/
With this code :
.woocommerce .va-selected .va-picker-item {
border-color: #ffffff;
}
But it does not work. The code is wrong ?

1) Ah I see, just when you are logged in with the WP menu bar. Please add this:

.logged-in #mini-header {
    top: 30px!important;
}
