Hi,

When im at step Importing demo material i get the error:

Import WordPress
Neighborhood theme must be instaled to use this plugin. The import functionalities are disabled.

I have tried a fresh install of WP on my webserver and once i uploaded the theme by FTP and the other time i activated it within WP. Als the WordPress importer plugin is installed. The theme itself is installed and can be modified. I cannot import anything. Not the whole parts, not the partial ones. Please help.

I am using the built in importer from you now and it is taking more then an hour and still counting. It also says the above mentioned error. But it seems like it is doing something.
The status:
The demo content is importing, please wait.

Note: the page may refresh at intervals, this is normal.

Is there for over an hour now

Already finished. Just don’t understand why the menu didn’t imported correctly. But all the content is there.

This demo takes a bit time to load, we are also improving the importer demo.

I see the error stating the theme is not installed is still there at the Import section.
My fear is that there can be some inconvenient thing going on in the future?
Isnt there a way to completely fix it?

No. Don’t worry with that, that notice is incorrect and doesn’t have any consequence.
We will remove it in the next Demo Importer update.

Also if the content is already imported you can always deactivate the plugin.

Hello,

I also have the same issue. I get the message that The import functionalities are disabled. Once I select and activate the Neighborhood theme, then my page returns following error:

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

Please help!!
