    Do you mean the hover caption over an image, there is not a hover state as such for mobile.

    The hoover caption works on a tablet but, when the screen is filled with images and you push on an image in the bottum row, the caption of the top row is shown.

    The link is working now.

    In the screenshot you can see i pushed on the image on the bottom row but the caption is on the top row.

    It’s working fine in an Android tablet, but not in iPad.

    You need to forward to the dev team because like David said there is no hover effect in mobile/table just the touch/double touch.
