The height of the main menu when using Max Mega Menu – can not be reduced..

You can reduce this option: Theme Options => Logo Options => Logo Max Height

Thank you, but this does not solve the problem, or I do not quite understand the answer.
I need to get a low menu, like on the first screenshot, but I can only get it if I disable the mega max menu.
If I turn it on, I get a high menu, as in the second screenshot, without the possibility to reduce it in the settings.

You can use CSS to override this better, please add this to Theme Options => Custom CSS:

#main-nav ul.menu > li > a, #main-nav .std-menu ul.menu > li > a {
    padding: 18px 10px;
    display: block;
}
#main-nav-sticky-wrapper {
  max-height: 52px
}
