The first call to wordpress takes more than 20 seconds …

I’m a little desperate with reason that my wordpress takes an awful lot of time to load, more than 20 seconds now.

I had to remove a lot of plugins WooCommerce and other related, becouse it has come to load more than 40 seconds.

I don’t know nothing of programming, and I have no idea why this happens. Since I have not touched absolutely nothing from the bowels of my wordpress. I have all the plugins and our theme (CARDINAL) updated. So I think it can be the theme and I need you to fix or give me some hint of what may be to solve the problem.

Also I do not understand that with a senior plan in the hosting and a simple wordpress every time I make any change in page, post, widget or menu… etc, appears this alert (attached photo) – “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in /usr/home/dubuloj.com/web/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4755 “-

The issue is with your hosting, that first part on pingdom is when the browser is waiting for the server to respond. You should report this to your hosting. And if they try and pass the blame to the theme, I can tell you that out of our thousands of customers not one other person has reported load times as long as yours
