Thanks, I’m asking the team to also test if they have a trackpad. I get a little jerky scroll when using my MBP so will need to get a second opinion.

    Cheers,
    David.

Thanks. The scroll jerkiness is especially evident on chrome.

P.S: Could you let me know what plugin do you guys use when someone logs into the support. I am referring to the login screen with the swift logo.

    Thanks
    Jashank

    Hi,

You can set this here: Theme Options => General Options => Custom admin login logo.

Regarding your scroll issue, I’ve had a team member check this also and he has not reported seeing this on his MBP, I’m testing on a MBP Retina also. – Are you expecting it to scroll to the next section?

    Thanks.

The problem occurs when you are trying to transition from one slide to another. I have checked this on a Macbook Pro, Mac Air, Macbook and on all of them its not functioning right. Either it moves in opposite directions i.e. you are scrolling up but it scrolls down and vice-versa, or it doesnt respond or it keeps jumping from slide to slide without any human intervention.

The problem occurs in Chrome but works fine in Safari. (i havent checked firefox, opera or on an android phone)

Let me know what can be done.

    Thanks
    Jashank

    Hi Jashank,

Please see my screencast of what I see, I am not sure I see any jerk scroll. What am I missing as it seems I am not seeing the same as you.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks – I do see your issue. I’ll need to check this over with the lead developer for a second opinion and report back to you.

    Thanks for your patience.

    – David.

    Hi @jashank

We have fixed this for the next update of the swift framework plugin. Please remove your current version and uninstall this version to test: http://swiftideas.d.pr/14llL/XaGKEFbL

Let us know if that sorts it for you.

    – Ed
